Transition to Adulthood Month (T2A Month) is a state-wide initiative in Queensland that shines a spotlight on the experiences of young people transitioning from out-of-home care and encourages communities, organisations and services to come together to support better outcomes.
We’re kicking off T2A Month with an afternoon and evening just for young people with a care experience. Come along for an interactive expo, activities, food, connections and opportunities, followed by a Movie Under the Stars.
